Je pou\u017eiteln\u00fd jak pro teplovodn\u00ed, tak p\u0159\u00edmotopn\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 otopn\u00e9 soustavy. Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm rysem regula\u010dn\u00ed soupravy je syst\u00e9m adres (p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161ej\u00edc\u00edm zpravidla jednotliv\u00fdm m\u00edstnostem, p\u0159\u00edp. z\u00f3n\u00e1m) a dvojvodi\u010dov\u00e9 sb\u011brnice ETATHERM s mal\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm, po kter\u00e9 komunikuje \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotka s adresovan\u00fdmi koncov\u00fdmi \u010dleny (obsahuj\u00edc\u00edmi prostorov\u00e1 teplotn\u00ed \u010didla) a poskytuje jim rovn\u011b\u017e nap\u00e1jen\u00ed. Na jedn\u00e9 adrese m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159ipojeno i n\u011bkolik koncov\u00fdch \u010dlen\u016f. Koncov\u00fdmi \u010dleny soupravy jsou obecn\u011b:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>elektronick\u00e9 hlavice se servopohonem proporcion\u00e1ln\u011b ovl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed ventily radi\u00e1tor\u016f teplovodn\u00edho vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>koncov\u00e9 moduly ovl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed desky pam\u011b\u0165ov\u00fdch rel\u00e9 sp\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edch\/odp\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edch elektrick\u00e1 topidla (konvektory, s\u00e1lav\u00e9 panely, podlahov\u00e9 vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, akumula\u010dn\u00ed kamna atd.),<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nap\u00e1jen\u00ed \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotky (12V ss) je \u0159e\u0161eno samostatn\u00fdm s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00fdm zdrojem (v z\u00e1suvkov\u00e9m proveden\u00ed). Do zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edho vstupu \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotky lze p\u0159iv\u00e9st extern\u00ed \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed povel, kter\u00fdm lze vyvolat zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed programov\u00fd re\u017eim (odpojen\u00ed el. topidel sign\u00e1lem HDO, otev\u0159en\u00ed ventil\u016f el. hlavicemi, p\u0159i\u0159azen\u00ed jin\u00fdch u\u017eivatelsk\u00fdch program\u016f vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed vybran\u00fdm adres\u00e1m, atd.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky (plat\u00ed pro v\u0161echny prvky soupravy):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>max. relativn\u00ed vlhkost vzduchu: 80%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rozsah teplot okol\u00ed:&nbsp;0 \u00f7 +40\u00b0C<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00edce \u0159\u00eddic\u00edch jednotek je mo\u017en\u00e9 vz\u00e1jemn\u011b propojit sb\u011brnic\u00ed RS485; nad\u0159\u00edzenou komunikac\u00ed pak lze ovl\u00e1dat celou soustavu s v\u00edce \u0159\u00eddic\u00edmi jednotkami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158\u00eddic\u00ed jednotku nebo s\u00ed\u0165 jednotek lze ovl\u00e1dat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pomoc\u00ed webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm webov\u00e9ho serveru &#8211; jednotky ETH1eC a ETH1eD obsahuj\u00ed vestav\u011bn\u00fd webov\u00fd server, ostatn\u00ed jednotky je mo\u017en\u00e9 doplnit serverem WS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pomoc\u00ed programu Etherm (pro syst\u00e9m Windows) &#8211; dle pou\u017eit\u00e9 jednotky, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b konvertoru a zvolen\u00e9ho nastaven\u00ed program komunikuje s \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotkou pomoc\u00ed WiFi, Ethernetu, USB, RS485 nebo RS232.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pomoc\u00ed protokolu MODBUS TCP &#8211; jednotky ETH1eC a ETH1eD umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edt protokol MODBUS TCP. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b kryt\u016f \u010di jin\u00fdch z\u00e1bran (hlubok\u00fdch parapet\u016f) nebo p\u0159i nevhodn\u00e9 poloze ventilu se pou\u017eije hlavice bez \u010didla a k n\u00ed p\u0159ipojen\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00e9 \u010didlo. Pro zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed odolnosti v\u016f\u010di vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu ru\u0161en\u00ed se pro veden\u00ed sb\u011brnice doporu\u010duje <strong>kroucen\u00fd dvouvodi\u010d <\/strong>. K zabezpe\u010den\u00ed spolehliv\u00e9ho p\u0159enosu v\u0161ech informac\u00ed je nutno p\u0159i instalaci zajistit, aby odpor sb\u011brnice m\u011b\u0159en\u00fd od \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotky k nejvzd\u00e1len\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu koncov\u00e9mu \u010dlenu <strong>nebyl v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 8 ohm\u016f<\/strong> (m\u011b\u0159eno na vstupu p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 v\u011btve sb\u011brnice, konec sb\u011brnice v m\u00edst\u011b nejvzd\u00e1len\u011bj\u0161\u00edho koncov\u00e9ho \u010dlenu zkratov\u00e1n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Teplovodn\u00ed otopn\u00e1 soustava<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed otopn\u00e9 soustavy p\u0159i aplikaci regulace nesou\u010dasn\u00e9ho vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed je obdobn\u00e9 jako u jin\u00fdch soustav s mno\u017estevn\u00ed regulac\u00ed, nap\u0159. termostatick\u00fdmi ventily. P\u0159esnost a vysok\u00e1 dynamika regulace ETATHERM p\u0159itom v\u0161ak velmi \u010dasto p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b kompenzuje n\u011bkter\u00e9 &#8211; jinak mnohem obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bji \u0159e\u0161iteln\u00e9 &#8211; nedostatky vlastn\u00ed otopn\u00e9 soustavy (p\u0159edimenzovan\u00e9 radi\u00e1tory, ur\u010dit\u00e9 hydraulick\u00e9 nevyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed &#8230; atd.). Stejn\u011b jako p\u0159i aplikaci termostatick\u00fdch ventil\u016f je nutn\u00e9 kontrolovat maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed diferen\u010dn\u00ed tlak, nebo\u0165 p\u0159i dosa\u017een\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dan\u00e9 teploty ventily \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b nebo zcela uzav\u00edraj\u00ed pr\u016ftok m\u00e9dia. Diferen\u010dn\u00ed tlak nesm\u00ed dos\u00e1hnout hodnot, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed hluk ventil\u016f (podle konstrukce otopn\u00fdch soustav se tyto hodnoty pohybuj\u00ed od 2kPa do 15kPa).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proti &#8222;zatuhnut\u00ed&#8220; ku\u017eelky ventilov\u00e9 armatury vlivem ne\u010distot fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed i chemick\u00e9 povahy je souprava ETATHERM vybavena automatick\u00fdm denn\u00edm prob\u011bhem ventil\u016f. Kombinace elektronick\u00fdch hlavic s termostatick\u00fdmi je principi\u00e1ln\u011b mo\u017en\u00e1; teplotn\u00ed re\u017eim v m\u00edstnosti s termostatick\u00fdmi hlavicemi v\u0161ak nelze programovat a existuje re\u00e1ln\u00e9 nebezpe\u010d\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho zatuhnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zdroj tepla (kotel, v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edkov\u00e1 stanice &#8230;) pracuje p\u0159i aplikaci mno\u017estevn\u00ed regulace autonomn\u011b &#8211; podle teploty a pr\u016ftoku m\u00e9dia; obecn\u011b je nap\u0159. \u0159\u00edzen kotlov\u00fdm termostatem. Regula\u010dn\u00ed souprava v\u0161ak m\u00e1 funkci umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed vyp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed kotle p\u0159i dosa\u017een\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00fdch teplot ve v\u0161ech m\u00edstnostech. Soub\u011b\u017en\u00e1 aplikace ekvitermn\u00ed a mno\u017estevn\u00ed regulace je vhodn\u00e1 (zejm\u00e9na k omezen\u00ed max. teploty n\u00e1b\u011bhov\u00e9 vody podle venkovn\u00ed teploty); pr\u016fb\u011bh ekvitermn\u00ed regulace je v\u0161ak nutno zm\u011bnit tak, aby byla v\u017edy k dispozici dostate\u010dn\u00e1 regula\u010dn\u00ed rezerva pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 pro individu\u00e1ln\u00ed mno\u017estevn\u00ed regulaci. Bez tohoto opat\u0159en\u00ed by individu\u00e1ln\u00ed regul\u00e1tory pracovaly pouze jako limitery a v dob\u011b \u00fatlumu by nemohly b\u00fdt pln\u011b vyt\u00e1p\u011bny zvolen\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otopn\u00e1 t\u011blesa mus\u00ed b\u00fdt opat\u0159ena vhodn\u00fdmi armaturami. Armatury mus\u00ed b\u00fdt namontov\u00e1ny tak, aby el. hlavice byly um\u00edst\u011bny ve svisl\u00e9 poloze s ohledem na vhodnou cirkulaci vzduchu okolo teplotn\u00edho \u010didla (pozor p\u0159i aplikaci rohov\u00fdch ventil\u016f!). Nelze-li podm\u00ednku dodr\u017eet, je nutn\u00e9 prov\u00e9st odd\u011blenou mont\u00e1\u017e \u010didla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>P\u0159\u00edklad aplikace regula\u010dn\u00ed soupravy pro teplovodn\u00ed syst\u00e9my:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"651\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/nove.etatherm.cz\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/sys2a_1.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-247\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Elektrick\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmotopn\u00e1 soustava<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Koncov\u00e9 moduly s deskami rel\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed programov\u011b \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed sp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch nebo elektricky \u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch topidel. T\u011bmi mohou b\u00fdt el. konvektory, s\u00e1lav\u00e9 panely, ventil\u00e1tory akumula\u010dn\u00edch kamen nebo parn\u00edch v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk\u016f atd. Koncov\u00fd modul (teplotn\u00ed \u010didlo s elektronikou) je nutno montovat ve svisl\u00e9 poloze jako pokojov\u00fd termostat. Desky rel\u00e9 lze montovat do elektroinstala\u010dn\u00edch krabic. <strong>P\u0159i mont\u00e1\u017ei mus\u00ed b\u00fdt trvale zabezpe\u010dena minim\u00e1ln\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenost 8 mm mezi vodi\u010di silov\u00e9ho a \u0159\u00eddic\u00edho okruhu!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veden\u00ed dvouvodi\u010de od koncov\u00fdch modul\u016f k desk\u00e1m pam\u011b\u0165ov\u00fdch rel\u00e9 je mo\u017eno realizovat obdobn\u011b jako veden\u00ed sb\u011brnice; rel\u00e9 jsou ovl\u00e1d\u00e1na pulzn\u011b nap\u011bt\u00edm cca 8 V. K jednomu koncov\u00e9mu modulu lze p\u0159ipojit i n\u011bkolik desek rel\u00e9 v r\u016fzn\u00e9m uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed (bl\u00ed\u017ee viz &#8222;koncov\u00fd modul&#8220;). Pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed spolehliv\u00e9ho sp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed i v nejm\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 kombinaci je t\u0159eba, aby odpor veden\u00ed mezi koncov\u00fdm modulem a deskou (deskami) rel\u00e9 nebyl v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 8 ohm\u016f (m\u011b\u0159eno na vstupu veden\u00ed, konec veden\u00ed zkratov\u00e1n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed povelem HDO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U \u0159\u00eddic\u00edch jednotek pro regulaci p\u0159\u00edmotopn\u00e9ho elektrick\u00e9ho vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edt funkce odepnut\u00ed v\u0161ech p\u0159ipojen\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch topidel p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edchodu sign\u00e1lu HDO &#8222;vysok\u00e1 sazba&#8220; a jejich n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 postupn\u00e9 p\u0159ipojen\u00ed (s respektov\u00e1n\u00edm zadan\u00e9ho programu a skute\u010dn\u00fdch teplot) p\u0159i ukon\u010den\u00ed tohoto sign\u00e1lu. K odepnut\u00ed topidel dojde po sepnut\u00ed galvanicky odd\u011blen\u00e9ho bin\u00e1rn\u00edho vstupu PWM extern\u00edm kontaktem (rel\u00e9 HDO), k postupn\u00e9mu p\u0159ipojov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1sledn\u011b po rozpojen\u00ed kontaktu. Podrobnosti viz &#8222;\u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotka&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Evidence relativn\u00ed spot\u0159eby tepla<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158\u00eddic\u00ed jednotka m\u00e1 vestav\u011bn\u00fd syst\u00e9m evidence relativn\u00ed spot\u0159eby tepla a v topn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b v pravideln\u00fdch intervalech sumarizuje teploty dosahovan\u00e9 na jednotliv\u00fdch adres\u00e1ch. V mezidob\u00ed topn\u00fdch sez\u00f3n z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 zachycen posledn\u00ed stav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 upozorn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Z hlediska elektrick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti je cel\u00e1 regula\u010dn\u00ed souprava elektrick\u00fdm p\u0159edm\u011btem t\u0159\u00eddy II a je tedy odd\u011blena od s\u00edt\u011b dvojitou izolac\u00ed. P\u0159ipojen\u00edm jak\u00e9hokoliv elektrick\u00e9ho p\u0159edm\u011btu k souprav\u011b nesm\u00ed doj\u00edt k poru\u0161en\u00ed t\u00e9to vlastnosti !!! Nap\u0159. \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotka ani sb\u011brnice nesm\u011bj\u00ed b\u00fdt \u00famysln\u011b spojeny ani s ochrann\u00fdm vodi\u010dem s\u00edt\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Regula\u010dn\u00ed soupravu ETATHERM je mo\u017eno pou\u017e\u00edvat v\u00fdhradn\u011b k \u00fa\u010delu, pro kter\u00fd je ur\u010dena; dovolen\u00e9 zach\u00e1zen\u00ed s \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotkou i ostatn\u00edmi d\u00edly soupravy stanovuje n\u00e1vod k pou\u017eit\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mont\u00e1\u017e soupravy sm\u00ed prov\u00e1d\u011bt pouze osoba, jej\u00ed\u017e kvalifikace je dokladov\u00e1na podle z\u00e1kona p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b pro toto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m bude instalov\u00e1no.
